5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service

  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices from the service
  • Resell, sublicence, or redistribute access to the service
  • Use the service to compete with Thread or build a similar product
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the service
  • Violate the terms of service of connected third-party platforms

6. Third-Party Platform Connections

When connecting third-party advertising platforms to Thread:

  • You must have proper authorisation to access the connected accounts
  • You are responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service
  • Thread is not responsible for changes, restrictions, or limitations imposed by third-party platforms
  • Data availability and accuracy depend on third-party platform APIs

You can disconnect any third-party platform at any time through your account settings.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
  • Emergency maintenance or security updates
  • Technical issues or system failures
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

All content, features, and functionality of Thread (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code) are owned by Thread and protected by intellectual property laws.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the service, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use and incorporate such feedback without compensation or attribution.

9. Fair Use Policy

To ensure fair access for all users, we implement reasonable usage limits:

  • API calls and data syncs are subject to rate limits based on your plan
  • Data storage and export volumes may be limited based on your subscription tier
  • Excessive usage that impacts service performance for other users may be throttled

We will notify you if your usage approaches or exceeds applicable limits.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may add new features, modify existing features, or remove features. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes that may affect your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thread and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms of Use or your use of the service:

  • You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us
  • If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
  • Any arbitration will be conducted in Sydney, Australia
  • You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration
